Ballroom/Swing 4

as of September 2012 Enrollment guaranteed only when we receive your tuition
payment. Drop-ins for single classes always welcome - space permitting, please
call first. Level placement is the instructor's decision.
Class Descriptions Let's Dance - Children
(age 3 & 4) Wonderful first dance class for children. Fun and engaging creative dance for boys and girls age 3 &
4 in a playful, musical setting. Children must
have been 3 by September 1, 2012 and must be able to participate by themselves. Dancers wear t-shirts, stretchy pants or shorts and sneakers on feet.
Ballet, Jazz, Tap - Children
Age 4 & 5, Children Grades 1 & 2 Introduction to all three
disciplines of dance Kids must
have been age/grade by September 1, 2012. Dance disciplines rotate every two weeks during the summer. Dancers wear t-shirts, stretchy pants or shorts and sneakers on feet (we have
tap shoes to lend).
Tap Dance
- Children (Grades 2 -5), Teens (middle & high schoolers), Adults Make music with your feet. Styles include rhythm
tap, Broadway tap, clogging, Irish step. Dancers wear comfortable, stretchy clothes
and tap shoes on feet. We have some tap shoes to lend.
Jazz & Hip Hop - Children (Grades 2-5), Teens (middle & high schoolers),
Adults High energy American dance forms. Dancers wear leotards/t-shirts, stretchy pants or shorts
and jazz shoes or sneakers on feet.
Ballet - Children (Grades
2-5), Teens (middle & high schoolers), Adults Classical ballet instruction focusing on solid understanding of body placement
and movement. Dancers wear leotards/t-shirts, leggings or stretchy jazz pants and ballet slippers or jazz shoes on feet.
Contemporary -
Teens (middle & high schoolers), Adults Technique
and combinations in the contemporary lyrical jazz style. Dancers wear ballet or jazz attire, and jazz or ballet shoes on feet.
Ballroom
Dance, Swing Dance - Adult Couples Classes for
couples (partner required). Learn the
fundamentals of spicey salsa, classic waltz & fox trot, romantic slow dance, jitterbug swing, cha cha cha and tango and more!
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes (no sandals
or clogs, please).

place of worship or community organization. Enjoy a family sock-hop or country
barn dance.

organization or place of worship. Adult couples learn the joys of social dancing.
